While holding your folded cup firmly between your thumb and index finger, guide your cup rim first into your vagina, pointing it towards the tip of your tailbone.Let the cup unfold once the entire cup and stem are sitting just inside the vagina. Twist the cup, and give the stem a gentle downwards tug to help it pop open, and to ensure a proper seal has been created around the vaginal wall. You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours before needing to empty and reinsert it. If it’s to high to reach, gently push with your pelvic floor muscles to move the cup lower.Pinch the base of the cup, breaking the seal around the vaginal wall.
