These gears are only available as a set and are available in both high quality food-grade (SUS-304) and surgical-grade stainless steel (SUS-316). The gears are suitable for the Angel Juicer 5500, 7500 and 8500; the function and fit are identical, making both sets of gears suitable for all Angel models. The twin gears have a triturating three-stage system by crushing, grinding, and squeezing the produces to produce beautiful, cold press juice. The gears have a low speed cone screw, along with a patented Shattering Helical Gear Technology to crush fibers and extract the vital nutrients and enzymes hidden deep inside the fiber cells.
