Requiring minimal maintenance, this model uses Steam Vector Technology with no moving parts.Indicator lights on the Accutemp E34403D120 countertop steamer inform users of high temperatures and extreme water levels. It has three racks that can accommodate three full-size food pans, and because these racks are made of wire, air can flow between the gaps to cook food evenly. For cleaning purposes, the racks are dishwasher safe and made of one piece to prevent crumbs and debris from building up.
