DescriptionAPW EF-15IN DescriptionThe APW EF-15IN countertop fryer has thermostatic controls that enable adjustment from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This fryer can be turned on and off with a switch and a cycling light indicates when it’s ready for its next batch of food for continuous use. It comes with two half-size baskets with hangers to secure them to the fryer, and for durability, they are nickel plated. The heating elements swing up to facilitate cleaning, and the tank lifts out to reload oil.If the temperature in the APW EF-15IN electric fryer reaches unsafe levels, a high-limit protection circuit breaker automatically turns off the unit to prevent overheating. Its insulted air pocket helps control the temperature, and to prevent recirculation of crumbs and debris, a cold zone is under the heating elements.
