The thermostat is easily adjusted to suit the application, thanks to its location on the front of the unit and is adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, after one batch of fries, the unit will alert you to when it’s ready for the next batch by turning on the cycling light.Designed entirely of stainless steel, this heavy-duty fryer is outfitted with several features to heighten performance. For instance, the tank is surrounded by an air pocket that serves as added insulation, helping to maintain proper temperatures. Plus, the space beneath the heating elements is a cold zone, which helps to prevent food particulates from circulating in the oil.As a safety precaution, the fryer will automatically shut off if the oil begins to overheat. For convenient service and maintenance, the tank is easily removed, even featuring carrying handles.
