It is cooled by ice and has fiberglass insulation to maintain low temperatures for hours. This serving counter measures 3113/16 inches long by 305/8 inches wide by 343/8 inches tall, which includes the 8-inch removable cutting board. It has room for two full-sized pans, and underneath the well is a fixed shelf for convenient storage.
