Dry red wine, 14% alcohol, from a blend of four grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Marselan, and Carignan, from a mature vineyard in Moshav Neve Yerek. The vineyards in Neve Yarak grow without irrigation, relying solely on rainwater, which highlights the unique terroir of the vineyard’s location. The grapes are hand-harvested from each vineyard block at its optimal time, ensuring that the final wine combines the distinct mountain characteristics inherent in each varietal and preserves the refreshing natural acidity.
