ROSE 2022 NYW

A light rosé with natural acidity, harvested early in the season using cluster thinning, at a ripeness suitable for making rosé.   Made from Carignan and Grenache grapes from vineyards in Moshav Neve Yarak.   The wine was fermented in old oak barrels to create a soft and mellow wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.   Israeli, local production with uncompromising quality.
