Description This diligent and dedicated winery is run by the Daniel couple along with their son Julien. The vineyards are cultivated organically, primarily located in the village of Vergisson in Pouilly-Fuissé and the village of Davaye in St. Véran. They use larger oak barrels for fermentation, producing a robust Chardonnay that is very vibrant, with each wine accurately expressing the characteristics of the vineyard, showcasing different flavors of minerals and fruits.
