Description This dedicated and hardworking winery is managed by Daniel and his wife, along with their son Julien. The vineyards are organically cultivated, primarily located in the village of Vergisson in Pouilly-Fuissé and Davaye in Saint-Véran. They use larger oak barrels for fermentation, resulting in a powerful and vibrant Chardonnay that precisely expresses the characteristics of the vineyard. Each wine showcases distinct flavors of minerals and fruit.
